Returns and Refund / Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Handmade Ceramic Art Pieces from Charlie Russell Studio
Once you have placed an order with Charlie Russell Studio we will do our utmost to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.
No Returns Policy
Due to the fragile nature of ceramic artwork, returns are not accepted. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.
Reporting Breakages
In the unfortunate event of breakage during shipping, customers must report the issue within 5 days of receiving the item. Reports should include photographs of the broken item and the packaging it arrived in. This will assist in processing any claims with the postal service.
Product Representation
Each ceramic piece is individually photographed to provide the most accurate representation possible. We strive to ensure that the images uploaded are a close colour match to the original object. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.

Items will be shipped within 3 to 10 days of purchase, depending on the volume of orders at the time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
When ordering goods from Charlie Russell Studio for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
