At CharlieRussellStudio, we take great care in packing and shipping our ceramic art pieces to ensure they arrive safely. We ship across the UK and internationally, with options to suit your needs.
2. Processing Times

Items will be shipped within 3 to 10 days of purchase, depending on the volume of orders at the time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated processing times will be communicated at the point of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 business days – prices are dependant on the size & weight of each hand made piece

Express UK Delivery: 1-2 business days – prices are dependant on the size & weight of each hand made piece

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Packaging and Handling
We use high-quality packaging materials to protect fragile ceramic pieces. All items are carefully wrapped and cushioned to minimize risk during transit.
Whenever possible, we use recycled materials for packaging. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information if you have agreed to this. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping times and costs will be calculated as soon as we have your order. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
In the unfortunate event of breakage during shipping, customers must report the issue within 5 days of receiving the item to via email to charlierussellstudio@gmail.com
Reports should include photographs of the broken item and the packaging it arrived in. This will assist in processing any claims with the postal service. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Returns
Due to the nature of ceramic art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit.
9. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
